Human Nutrition, Foods, and 锻炼

The mission of human 营养, 食物, and exercise is to discover, 翻译, and disseminate health-related advances in 营养, 食物, 运动科学. The undergraduate options include dietetics (DIET), and the science of 食物, 营养, 和运动(SFNE). These options provide a strong science background in chemistry, 生物学, 解剖学, 生理学, 和营养. The dietetics curriculum is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND), enabling graduates to apply for ACEND-accredited dietetic internships. 学生 in the SFNE option are prepared for certifications through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as graduate and professional study in the health professions such as medicine, 药店, 物理治疗, 牙科, 护理, and physician assistant.
